On 08/11/2021 Appleton recorded 12 confirmed coronavirus cases and 9 probable cases. Active cases rose by 3 to 107. Cases out of isolation increased by 18 to 8,946. Deaths remained unchanged at 65 for the 99th day in a row. We’ll see if we make it to a full 100 days.
Our current 7-day running average is 13.43 as compared to 9.57 last year. Active cases are 107 this year as compared to 191 last year. Deaths remain at only 2 this year from March 18 (the day of Appleton’s first recorded Covid case) to August 11 as compared to 6 during that timeframe last year.
