The Library Board is meeting 07/20/2021 at 4:30PM.
Action items on the agenda include:
- The June bill register
- A budget amendment
- Compliance documents for a funding agreement with United Way
- Finance policy updates
- The library’s 2022 operating budget
- Changes to the city’s “Ergonomics Policy”
There will also be various reports including, amongst other things, updates on the library project, the state budget, and the APL hiring process

It looks like the proposed library budget will be $186,484 smaller next year as compared to this year. This “reflects temporary anticipated reductions in some budget lines…due to service limitations that will occur due to the library operating in a temporary library during the 18 months period of construction.”
