Over 07/16/2021-07/18/2021 Appleton recorded 3 confirmed coronavirus cases and 0 probable cases. Active cases dropped by 2 to 10. Cases out of isolation increased by 5 to 8,803. Deaths remained unchanged at 65.
Over the last week, there were 9 confirmed cases and 2 probable cases for a combined total of 11. Our two week burden, when calculated using only confirmed cases, was 21 which was unchanged from last week. Including probable cases resulted in a calculation of 27 which was up slightly from the 25 it was at last week. Both of those burden rates are in the “moderate” category which is the second lowest category.
