The Department of Public Works has modified its original leaf, yard waste, and bulky overflow collection proposal which would have seen all free bulky overflow pickup eliminated. The new proposal put limits on what and how much bulky overflow they collect at the curb but would maintain the “free” aspect. You can give feedback on the new proposal by contacting the Department of Public Works.
