A reader sent this in–an abandoned Bird, tipped over on its side and in a driveway entrance. The ones I’ve seen have at least all been upright and not in danger of getting hit by a car.
Per the city website “Bird will be responsible for maintaining and redistributing the scooters across the City, as well as handling complaints. Their 24/7 customer service line is 866-205-2442 and their general support email is hello@bird.co. Residents and visitors can also report “Badly Parked Bird” and “Damaged Bird” using the mobile app.”
So if you have any issues with the scooters, be sure to let Bird know.
