Two Members of AASD Leadership Team Retiring; Board of Education To Enter Closed Session To Discuss Professional Staff Contract Matters

The Appleton Area School District Board of Education Meeting scheduled for 03/08/2021 at 7pm promises to be interesting.

Two members of the leadership team members are retiring–James Huggins the Assistant Superintendent in charge of the middle schools and Ben Vogel the assistant superintendent in charge of the high schools.

Also interesting is Item 7 on the agenda. They will be going into closed session to discuss individual professional staff contract matters. The agenda doesn’t say who the individual is or what the contract matters are, but it sounds like it could be interesting.
