The Finance Committee is meeting on 02/22/2021 at 5:30pm.
On the agenda is
(1) A request to award an asphalt pavement reconstruction project to Vinton Construction Company.
(2) A request to write off some delinquent accounts receivable invoices and personal property taxes from 2017 and 2018.
(3) A request by Valley Transit to purchase a centralized data management system and enter into a 5 year contract with TransTrack Systems. The first year cost would be $138,705, and existing federal grants would cover 80% of the costs.
(4) A resolution regarding conducting a City of Appleton brand study. Per Sheng Riechers, Senior Communications Specialist in the City of Appleton “Leaving the City’s brand unchanged could put the City of Appleton at a competitive disadvantage.”
(5) A request to amends the 2021 budget to include an additional $43,000 to go toward replacing the parking lot at Reid Golf Course.
