(1) A request to approve the Relocation Orders for the Richmond at Glendale, Lightning Drive, Spartan Drive, and Newberry at Kensington projects. Basically it looks like the city needs to widen the streets a little at all of these intersections and so needs to acquire a little portion of the privately owned lots on the corners of these intersections.
(2) A request to approve the Resolution for Worker’s Compensation self-insurance. Because the city self-insures its worker compensation obligations, it is required by Wisconsin’s Administrative Code to pass the Resolution every three years and notify the State that they are undertaking a self-insurance plan.
(3) They will also be approving budget adjustments related to Covid grant funds.
