As I’m sure you’re all aware, today was MLK Day. Mayor Woodford did issue a proclamation declaring it Martin Luther King, Jr Day and encouraged residents to honor Dr King’s memory “and put his teachings into action by taking part in volunteer service for the benefit of our community and neighborhoods.”
