The City Planning Commission is meeting 01/12/2021 at 4pm.

On the agenda is a request to approve a Special Use Permit for a parking ramp at 120 South Oneida Street. That is the location of the current YMCA parking structure. The current one is 50 years old, and they want to tear it down and build a new one.
Also on the agenda is a request to approve the annexation of a Grand Chute home so that they can hook up to Appleton’s sewer and water system.
Finally, the Planning Commission will be reviewing a request for a a Clearwater Creek lot to attach its driveway to a street the houses typically aren’t allowed to attach to.
