The Human Resources and Information Technology Committee is meeting 01/06/2021. The only action item on the agenda is a request by the Utilities Department to convert one full time Solids Operator to 1 full time Utility Worker. Essentially, they have 1 too many Solids Operators and not enough Utility Workers. No mention is made of salary changes resulting from the shift so it appears to be a lateral move.
