As we begin this holiday season, Appleton City Hall would like to remind everyone of the safety guidelines the residents of Appleton and the State of Wisconsin have been reminded of ad nauseam for the last 8 months.
If nothing else, judging by the number of comments, their post was quite the conversation starter.
